Scotland 1841 census

Having now searched the 1841 Scotland census I have found 14 Greathead entries but no entries for my known variants. regretably this is only a transcribed listing. I look forward to one day being able to "see" the original enumeration sheets

The households of Featherstone, Jane, Margaret and Mary Ann Greathead were located on the listing but only the family of Featherstone are known to me

So the birth of Charles Greathead, son of Featherstone and Sophia has now been established as in 1840 and he was listed as being 11 months old on the census
