Meeting Cousins

Over Easter I have discovered that I have been communicating with cousins Diana and Jennifer who are both related directly to the elusive Featherstone and his parents Robert and Elizabeth.

Having discovered the Montgomery link other things seem to fall into place. But I still do not know where Robert was definitely born. In 1841 census for Holborn, Middlesex it states that he was NOT born in that County. We know from 1851 and 1861 that Elizabeth was born in Cranborne, Dorset. How did she meet Robert?
