Sarah Greathead

My good friend Tony made contact with Keith whose wife was a direct descendant from Sarah. Keith passed on some great photographs and details of Sarah, her husband and ten children. Sadly Sarah died the year after she gave birth to this last child. I wonder who brought them all up. Her husband died seven years later.

Two of her sons died during WW1. Percy died during the Battle of Jutland aboard HMS Broke. Edwin died in action in France
