I received a parcel last week and am still attempting to add the amazing amount of information it contained. There was this fantastic picture of Thomas Greathead isn't he wonderful, just look at those whiskers!
He sailed off to Australia and renamed himself Thomas Napean Gray. He married and had nine children and seems to have been a very likeable chap. Jennifer who is his great grandaughter sent some certificates, wills, pedigrees, transcripts of parish registers and much, much more.
How does one go about thanking someone who is that generous? Words fail me, except to say a HUGE thank you.
