Well we made it once again through to another year. I have had a great year. Two reunions and hundreds of emails giving and asking for information. Many new friends and renewing old friends. I ask you to stay in touch, email me occasionally. Share information, copy certificates, photographs, stories. With your help we can keep the website updated with new and interesting material.
I will keep researching and posting each month.
Happy new year to you all. Whether you are, or were a Greathead, related to a Greathead, enjoy one of the variants Gratehead, Greatheed, Greathed, Greethead, Grethed, Greated or just interested in the family I hope you find items of interest within the web pages.

Attended the Surrey History Centre volunteers Christmas mingle yesterday. Met several new people and made some great contacts. It was great to hear that the Centre has so many volunteers willing to give up their time

Website updated 1 December 2011
Do look at Recent updates for all the amended and new narratives
Lots of additional sources added and some mysteries solved. A few pictures added, but I am mainly finding pictures of living people so they remain on my personal database.
Love to hear about new information and receive pictures
